I mean for real. A lot of us have been here along time and sure you and many others have never seen something so far out there as guy posted about the 440. Never seen the dyno sheets, but for the longest time and maybe still there, Mike PHX had 400rwhp at 19psi. Other than him, I haven't seen anyone else break 400rwhp. Sure many should be able to do this, it's not a far number to reach given a healthy car and it seems more than none have 555cc's or just bigger injectors. But 16psi and under? I think this may fall under one of those J-Spec motors with there turbo's. With what we've seen from others with them, they are just putting down better numbers with less boost. Why is that? Heck I'd like to know as well, because there is a reason for it and it must be that there stock turbo's must be something like a T25/28 or something ,,,, lol. That or guy getting numbers like that is saying stock turbo's and then lightly speaking after that saying ( T25/28 ), lol. What was the torque of this car or car's? Are they on here and have profiles? I know the cold helps, race gas helps, but the low boost is something hard to some by. At least looking at Dyno's we can see same characteristics that stock turbo's have as far as build and taper off. But as far as 400rwhp, I know they can do that, but 440 no way. I mean look at those with Sport 500 upgrades or even 600's, you'd be in that league with those numbers ,,, lol :).
